Scrap

-          Traders in Turkey announced new levels of E40 (shredded) at Euro 330-340 per tonne and HMS at Euro 310-315 per tonne – source: SBB

Semis

-          Metal Bulletin reported China export billet fob main China port at 820-826 USD per tonne and CIS export billet fob Black/Baltic Sea at 610-620, reported on 18 and 21 February, respectively.

Bar

-          N.Europe rebar ex-work price fell nearly 2% to USD754 per tonne – source: SBB

-          East China's Shangong raised rebar prices (16-25mm HRB 335) for end-February delivery by $15 to $784 per tonne with 17% VAT – source: SBB

-          Imported rebar from Turkey down to Singapore at 700 USD per tonne CFR – source SBB

-          Spanish and Italian rebar exporters cut rebar prices by $20 to Algerian buyers - MB

Hot rolled coil prices

-          S.Europe's HRC ex-work price rose slightly to $855 per tonne – source SBB

-          Q235 5.5mm HRC in Chongqing prices are currently at $728 per tonne with 17% VAT, almost unchanged – source: SBB
